Toll-free M7, M9 and Don Muang Tollway access extended amid floods

Toll-free access to Intercity Motorway No. 7 (M7), Intercity Motorway No. 9 (M9) and the Uttaraphimuk Elevated Tollway, commonly known as the Don Muang Tollway, has been extended until midnight on Tuesday (September 29), giving motorists more options to avoid roads still affected by flooding.
The Department of Highways, under the Ministry of Transport, announced on Sunday (September 27) that the toll waiver, originally due to expire at midnight on Sunday, would be extended for another two days.
The measure is intended to provide additional travel options, help distribute traffic and offer alternative routes while parts of the road network remain affected by flooding.
Meanwhile, Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT) has also extended its toll waiver on the Don Muang Tollway until midnight on Tuesday (September 29) to ease travel disruption and provide another option for motorists who need to avoid flood-affected routes.
The Department of Highways urged motorists to plan their journeys in advance, check road conditions before travelling and avoid areas where water levels remain high.
