BKS launches daily bus from Udon Thani airport to Vientiane
BKS will launch a daily bus service linking Udon Thani, Udon Thani International Airport and Vientiane on September 9, with fares set at 80 baht.

The Transport Co, Ltd (BKS) will launch a new cross-border bus service linking Udon Thani, Udon Thani International Airport and Vientiane on September 9, giving passengers a more convenient connection between Udon Thani and the Lao capital.
The 87-kilometre service, designated Route No 2, will use 40-seat, second-class air-conditioned buses. Two services will operate each day, one in each direction, with tickets priced at 80 baht per journey.
The outbound bus will leave Udon Thani Bus Terminal 1 at 9am, reach Udon Thani International Airport at 9.30am and arrive in Vientiane at noon.
The return service will depart Vientiane at 2pm, arrive at Udon Thani International Airport at 4.30pm and reach Udon Thani Bus Terminal 1 at 5pm.
The new route will allow passengers arriving at Udon Thani airport to continue their journey to Vientiane by bus without having to make several transfers.
Tickets can be booked through the BKS website, the BKS E-Ticket application, the official BKS Facebook page, the LINE account @BKS99 and BKS ticket counters nationwide.
