Khao Yai National Park will reopen most tourist attractions and camping areas from October 6 after rainfall eased and officials completed safety inspections.
The park said most areas were now considered safe and ready to welcome visitors, allowing tourism and overnight camping to resume as normal.
However, three attractions will remain temporarily closed because conditions are not yet considered safe enough for visitors.
They are Pha Trom Jai, Pha Diaw Dai and Kaeng Hin Phoeng.
The road leading up Khao Khiao will also remain closed along its entire length because sections of the road have been damaged and subsided.
It will reopen only after repairs and safety improvements have been completed.
Pha Diaw Dai is located on the Khao Khiao ridge and is one of the park’s best-known viewpoints.
Visitors planning trips to Khao Yai are advised to check the latest information before travelling and strictly follow instructions from park officials.
Khao Yai National Park normally operates from 6am to 6pm, according to its official website.
