A feast by the lake
The latest addition to exhibition and conference space Impact at Muang Thong Thani is the northeastern-style hot pot eatery Isan Jim Joom and it’s already delighting diners with a range of authentic a la carte dishes made from the very freshest of ingredients.
Situated right next to the body of water known as Impact Lakeside, it has a vibrant and casual style offering seating options both in air-conditioned luxury and al fresco. The dishes comes with an aromatic soup broth, customers can enjoy cooking the mixed seafood platter, Wagyu beef, sliced beef, pork belly, marinated pork, and fresh vegetables in a small clay pot on a charcoal stove.
The menu also has Som Tum Thai Wasabi, Pla Goong (shrimp salad with lemongrass and mint), Larb Fried Spring Roll, and Salt Crusted Grilled Fish.
To celebrate its opening, customers can enjoy a 15-per-cent discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a “Buy One Get One Free” Coca-Cola promotion that continues through July 31.
