The Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok presents magnificent and exciting culinary connoisseur highlights for November.

Brasserie Europa invites families and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving with a traditional feast from 6.30 to 10.30pm on November 23.
It will feature slow-cooked butterball turkey with stuffing and gravy, roasted USA prime rib with red-wine jus, honey-glazed ham with mustard, roast-pumpkin bisque, Maryland crab cake and a pastrami Rueben sandwich.
At the buffet will also be “Seafood on Ice” – snow-crab legs, tiger prawns, scallops, oysters and mussels with great condiments.
The extravagant dessert station is a fitting finale to the annual Thanksgiving celebration, with pumpkin pie, cranberry pie, red velvet cake, maple cheesecake, rhubarb clafoutis, Dulcey chocolate fountains and American doughnuts.
The dinner costs Bt3,000 with free-flow alcoholic beverages or Bt1,900 without (Bt950 for children six to 12).
Every Thursday and Friday from 6.30 to 10.30, Brasserie Europa offers “Seafood and Meat BBQ Grill” to welcome the winter breezes.
On the grill are river prawns, salmon, scallops, squid, beef sirloin, Argentinean beef tenderloin, pork neck, smoked pork ribs and minced lamb kebabs. Side dishes include Mac ’n Cheese, jacket potatoes and grilled corn on the cob.
A-la-carte main courses include half-lobster, lamb chop and anything you like from the Seafood on Ice station.
Guests have a choice of eating al-fresco on the spacious terrace or in the stylish indoor dining room.
Available from November 17 until year’s end (except Thanksgiving, November 23), the Thursday-Friday experience costs Bt1,800 (food only).
