Bangkok's food lovers are invited to take sides as Gourmet Market and Gourmet Eats, flagship food destinations under The Mall Group, launch “Land & Sea”, a culinary showcase celebrating premium ingredients and exceptional ready-to-eat offerings sourced from around the world. The event reinforces Gourmet Market's commitment to curating world-class produce and delivering elevated dining experiences through carefully selected products from both land and sea.
Held at Quartier Avenue, G Floor, Emquartier, the festival brings together 49 leading brands and restaurants across five themed zones, offering visitors the opportunity to explore a diverse range of premium meats, seafood, artisanal products and chef-crafted dishes in one destination.
Representing the “Land” camp are some of the most sought-after meat selections available today. Highlights include Australia's renowned Black Onyx Pure Black Angus, grain-fed for more than 230 days to achieve superior marbling and tenderness, and JAGOTA's award-winning Thai Wagyu from Mukdahan alongside Japan's prestigious Yonezawa Beef, celebrated as one of the country's top Wagyu varieties. Premium smoked specialties from Best Country Beef and northern Thai delicacies from Pa Pee Moo Yor Kone, a beloved producer from Lampang, further showcase the richness and diversity of land-based flavours.
On the “Sea” side, visitors can discover an impressive selection of premium seafood and imported delicacies. CTI Food Supply presents the highly acclaimed Sanriku Oyster from Japan together with Mehikari, a prized deep-sea fish known for its naturally sweet flavour. Meanwhile, Stella by JAGOTA offers an exceptional line-up of international seafood, including Gillardeau oysters, Copper River King Salmon, French turbot, Japanese madai, langoustine and Dutch razor clams.
The festival also features a strong line-up of popular eateries and emerging culinary names. Guests can savour dishes from Chao Samut Suki, known for its seafood hotpot recipes from Mahachai; ALRAY Fish & Chips, which specialises in fresh Thai fish; Augusta Fresh Pasta, celebrated for authentic handmade pasta; and Talayjai, the modern seafood comfort-food concept founded by actor ‘James Teeradon Supapunpinyo’.
Adding further excitement are offerings from Smoked Joint, the Texas-style barbecue concept by Michelin-starred chef-owner ‘Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij’, as well as Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient Kim Nguan Fish Ball Noodles and Pak Mor Mahasarn, known for reimagining traditional Thai recipes with a contemporary twist.
Whether devoted to premium meats or passionate about seafood, visitors are invited to discover outstanding ingredients, sample signature dishes and decide which side ultimately wins the battle. “Land & Sea: The Battle of Flavours” runs from now until Sept 1, 2026, at Quartier Avenue, G Floor, EmQuartier.
