AssetWise Plc (ASW) has secured two honours at the LivingInsider Thailand Developer Awards 2026, highlighting its residential developments aimed at delivering value for both homebuyers and property investors.
The company won the Best Investment Award for the fourth consecutive year, with Modiz Vault Kaset-Sripatum taking this year’s honour. ASW also received the special Thailand Best High-Value Investment Award, which recognises its wider portfolio of residential projects with investment potential.
ASW focuses on creating long-term value by selecting locations with strong demand, studying the needs of residents in individual areas, and designing architecture and functions suited to everyday living. This approach is intended to support the development of projects that serve both owner-occupiers and buyers seeking investment opportunities.
The two awards underline ASW’s approach to developing properties designed around both lifestyle needs and long-term investment returns.

This year’s Best Investment Award went to Modiz Vault Kaset-Sripatum, a newly completed pet-friendly condominium adjoining Kasetsart University and close to Sripatum University and BTS Bang Bua station. Properties in the area can generate rental yields of up to 7% a year.
The win gives ASW its fourth consecutive Best Investment Award from the same event, following previous honours for Modiz Launch Rangsit, Kave Island Rangsit and Atmoz Kanaal Rangsit. It reflects the company’s ability to develop projects aligned with demand and the lifestyles of target customers in individual locations.
ASW also received the special Thailand Best High-Value Investment Award, reflecting the investment potential of its condominium portfolio across three core brands — KAVE, ATMOZ and MODIZ.
Each brand is developed around the characteristics of its location and the needs of its target market, ranging from campus condominiums near leading universities to projects in high-potential locations across Bangkok and surrounding areas. Some projects can generate rental yields of up to 8% a year.
This reflects the company’s performance in selecting locations, analysing demand, and developing projects intended to meet both residential and long-term investment needs.
The two awards provide further encouragement to continue developing quality homes under its “We Build Happiness” concept, combining present-day lifestyle requirements with the creation of long-term value and investment potential.
