ARIP Public Company Limited aims to achieve 30% growth in 2023, with more than 20 retained events worth over 180 million baht.

ARIP, a leading media and content, digital platform and services provider, has announced its business results for 2022. The company reported a total revenue of 226.54 million baht, representing a 34% increase from the previous year. The total profit for the year was 12.10 million baht, a substantial increase of 132.68% (6.9 million baht) from the previous year.

This growth can be attributed to the company's expanded target customer base in the media agency sector and the lifting of lockdown restrictions, which allowed the company to resume organizing events and marketing activities. ARIP aims to achieve 30% growth in 2023, with more than 20 retained events worth over 180 million baht.

According to Boonlerd Narathai, CEO of ARIP Public Company Limited, the company's strong performance in 2022 exceeded expectations, with a 30% increase attributed to the lifting of lockdown restrictions. This enabled the company to resume organizing events and marketing activities as usual, resulting in the successful delivery of targeted projects.

Looking ahead to 2023, ARIP has set a goal of achieving a 30% revenue growth from the previous year, with revenue divided into 3 parts:

1. Organic Business: Media, Digital and PR Busines with a ratio of around 35% according to the goal.

2. Own Event: Commart Events and Award Ceremonies with a ratio of around 30% with confidence that all events will be successful. These events are held thrice a year and involve both the public and private sectors.

The Company plan to develop more events and integrate more technologies into its online and offline events. For example, the company plans to make its On Ground events more interactive by using human sensor technology to provide information, creating interactive walls, and using AR technology to display well-rounded information. These innovations will help reduce costs for both the company and its customers.

Additionally, ARIP has collaborated with one of Singapore's leading interactive technology companies to develop this year's online event, Metaverse, which is expected to be launched in the third quarter.

3. Around 35% of customer projects have already been signed and are currently in progress. These projects include the development of an e-commerce platform for the 56th Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar, which ARIP has consecutively developed for the Red Cross Fundraising Thai Red Cross Society for the third year in a row, as well as the Thai Automotive Parts and Accessories 2023 (TAPA2023) event for the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce.

ARIP has also been organizing the "From Gen Z to be CEO" project for the Ministry of Commerce for two consecutive years, as well as the 4D Tourism Operators Day Event and courseware development for the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Additionally, ARIP is working on the development of a learning data warehouse management system for the Student Loan Fund (KYS).

There are approximately 17 retained projects, including both own and customer projects, with a total value of 124 million baht. In addition, there is 64 million baht worth of potential projects that are currently in progress and will be delivered to customers upon completion.

Boonlerd provided an overview of the economic situation that has affected the company, stating that the return of tourism has contributed to stimulating the economy and resulted in an increase in events. The company is seeing a return to normalcy in terms of event organization, with many people expressing interest in attending events again. Online events are also being used to add a unique element to events and make them more interesting.

However, the economy has been slowed down by inflation, and the IT market has been slow since the third quarter of last year, with this trend expected to continue until the second quarter of this year. Despite this, the company is confident that it will generate more profit than last year and will be able to pay dividends to shareholders as it did in 2022.
