The Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with various private organizations, is hosting the "Lamnam Wan Pen" (River Flowing on Full Moon Day) event at five contemporary piers along the Chao Phraya River as part of the Bangkok River Festival 2023, the 9th edition of the festival.
The "Lamnam Wan Pen" event at these five piers is free to attend and will take place from November 25 to November 27. The featured piers are:
