Raimon Land soft-launches Unixx South Pattaya
Raimon Land Plc attracted a number of buyers for its Unixx South Pattaya, its latest project on Pratumnak Hill.
"We predicted that the Pattaya market was ready for the younger generation of homeowners looking for the combination of affordability, quality, style and convenience, and with close to 20 per cent of the total units now firmly booked at this launch event, the buyers have confirmed this," said Piaras Moriarty, Raimon Land Vice President, Client Management.
"We see a lot of promise in our newest residential Unixx brand and we are ready to explore more opportunities to offer quality living to a broader range of clients."
The condominium project offers units with space from 22 to 62 square metres. Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2012, for completion towards the end of 2014.
Raimon Land will host the launch event at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel on December 17 and 18.
