Over 7,000 residential units launched in October

A number of 7,493 residential units were launched in the Greater Bangkok in October, showing a 44 per cent increase from the previous month.
According to Agency for Real Estate Affairs, of total, 4,730 were condominium units or 63 per cent; followed by townhouses, 20 per cent and single houses, 15 per cent.
Their combined value hit Bt29 billion, spiking by 88 per cent from Bt15.44 billion in the previous month. This reflected the fact that most of the new units targetted upper middle-income earners. About 23.6 per cent of the new units are priced at Bt2-Bt3 million each, while 23 per cent are priced at Bt1-Bt2 million. The rest quotes higher prices.
