Sansiri is introducing its latest low-rise condominium project, dCondo Pran Nok, worth Bt1 billion to focus on the community in Bangkok’s old town.
The project design will match the old town concept, offering units priced at an average of Bt1.5 million per unit.
Thanasiri’s latest low-rise offering
Thanasiri Group has launched its latest low-rise residences, including single detached house, townhouse, and twin house at Thanasiri Ratchapruk-Nonthaburi port, offering 175 units in total.
The project is designed under the “British Passion” concept, with prices ranging between Bt2 million and Bt7 million per unit.
