Property Perfect reaches for the sky
Property Perfect is building new Sky condominium projects on Ratchada and Sukhumvit roads with a design focus on function and using space to serve the young generation.
The Sky Ratchada will have three types of units: one-bedroom units with usable space of between 27sqm and 51sqm; two-bedroom units that come in 48sqm and 62sqm; and duplexes in 65sqm and 88sqm. Prices start at Bt2.3 million.
The Sky Sukhumvit offers two types of units: 22.66sqm one-bedroom type and the 45sqm two-bedroom type. Prices start at Bt1.99.
New single-detached houses from Sansiri
Sansiri Plc is introducing its latest single-detached housing project worth Bt3 billion on Sretthasiri Chaengwattana-Prachachun after its resounding success with its Srethasiri Srinakarin-Rama 9 project.
Sretthasiri Changwattana-Prachachun’s will be designed under a modern Bangkok style under the concept “see through nature”.
The project is open to bookings at the starting price of Bt6.59 million per unit.
Ananda launches new low-rise project
Ananda Development has launched Elio, it’s latest condominium project on Sukhumvit 64, with units starting at Bt1.29 million.
The project, a modern, low-rise condominium that is only 8-stories high, will be built in three phases. Construction will begin this year and should be ready for homeowners by the first quarter of next year.
