Supalai introduces Pattaya condo project

Supalai has introduced its latest condominium project, the Supalai Maray @ Pattaya, which is worth Bt2.49 billion and offers a starting price of Bt1.2 million per unit.
The 1,179-unit project comprises three modern designs: 1,154 studios and two-bedroom condos, and 25 commercial units.
Modern one-bedroom units from LPN
LPN Development has introduced the Lumpini Ville On-Nut-Lad Krabang condominium at a starting price of Bt777,000 per unit.
The project has 1,118 one-bedroom units with usable space of between 22.5 and 26.5 square metres. The condos are designed under the modern contemporary theme.
Bt1-bn Sansiri condominium in Udon Thani
Sansiri has introduced the Bt1-billion Best Height-Udon condominium in Udon Thani province.
The project, comprising 408 units at a starting price of 1.9 million apiece, has three types of unit: one bedroom, one bathroom with usable space of between 29 and 31.5 square metres; two bedrooms, one bathroom with 46 square metres; and two bedrooms, two bathrooms with between 59.5 and 62 square metres of space.
