A group of villa owners at Karma Samui Resort has acquired all the common areas and facilities from Royal Samui Beach Co and took over full control of the property yesterday.

The property, which is now called Kanda Residences, enjoys a beach frontage offering expansive sea views. It is occupied by 36 privately owned luxurious walled pool villas with up to four bedrooms and the Rockpool restaurant that is renowned island-wide.
Mai-BS (Thailand) has been appointed as the interim management company to handle the handover, setting up systems and implementing new and exciting service concepts.
Kanda Residences will focus on both Thai and international clients who appreciate a luxurious and tranquil private villa pool environment that offers fabulous views and unique service concepts.
Kanda Residences will be developed into a prestigious property for the ultimate enjoyment of guests and owners. The strong family atmosphere among the loyal staff will contribute to the five-star experience guests will expect.
“We are very happy to finally have control of our stunning pool villa property. It is our dream and goal to have our deluxe property professionally, transparently and profitably managed as well as to share our memorable in-villa experiences, views and services with both Thai and international clients,” said Alan Rutledge, a villa owner.
