Major Development Estate Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Major Development Plc, is to develop a new condominium project located on Sukhumvit Road, Soi 39, the Maestro 30 Residences. Units will start at Bt3.2 million.
The eight-storey building will comprise of 90 units. Twenty-seven single-bedroom units will vary between 30 and 36 square metres; 51 two-bedroom units of between 51 and 70.5 square metres; and 12 three-bedroom units with floor space of between 81.5 and 122 square metres.
Nestled in Ramkhamhaeng
Hill Manage Co Ltd has announced its latest condominium project, Living Nest Ramkhamhaeng, located on a five-rai plot of land with 546 units, at a starting price of Bt1.19 million per unit.
The project will comprise of three eight-storey residential buildings, which will include a swimming pool and fitness centre.
Units will come in three designs – studio units with a floor space of between 22 and 25 square metres; one-bedroom units with floor space of between 28 and 37 square metres; and two-bedroom units between 46 and 50 square metres.

Sansiri Plc has announced a new housing project, Kanasiri Bangna, with a combined 401 units, starting at Bt3 million per unit.
The modern-style designs will accommodate three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen area, dining room and parking for two cars.
Beach life in Cha Am
LPN Development Plc has announced its latest condominium project, Lumpini Park Beach Cha Am. Construction will begin in the third quarter of this year.
The project will include 400 units with prices ranging between Bt1 and Bt3 million.
