The listed developer launched the project after witnessing strong demand in the Rama II Road area of Bangkok.
The design offers the added functionality that comes with a twin-house containing usable space of between 130 and 144 square metres, built on 35-50 square wah (140-200 square metres) of land.
With at a starting price of Bt4.19 million per unit, each home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The project comprises 208 twin-houses and nine detached houses.
The functional design is targeted at both young-generation buyers and newly-weds.
Meanwhile, an architect has designed the overall landscape so that a park features on 1 rai (0.6 hectare) of the total project area of more than 37 rai, and there will also be a large clubhouse and fitness centre to serve the modern lifestyle.
The project opens for bookings this weekend.
