Fashion to the fore with Property Perfect's 'I Color' interior design

Following the rising popularity of condominiums among the young generation, Property Perfect has come up with the "I Color" interior-design theme, inspired by influential fashion designers.
Business development director Yingpong Kasemsin said the company’s interior designers had applied the new design to iCondo condominiums at three locations – Sukhabhiban 2, Sukhumvit soi 103 and Sukhumvit soi 105 – as well as to the condominium at Lake Metro Park Sathorn.
The aim is to design condominiums with interiors inspired by the use of colour by several fashion designers.
“We see people’s lifestyles changing, with more of them wanting live in a home that represents their lifestyle, especially in regard to fashion, which has a greater influence for young people.
“As a result, our interior-design team has created a new design for condominiums at four projects under the I Color theme of fashion inspiration,” he said.
The condo units at the projects will have fashionable and colourful wallpaper, sofas and others accessories, while maintaining functionality and usable space to meet the owners’ lifestyle.
One theme will use colourful design that matches the vibrancy of young people who are just starting their careers, while another will “cool down” the colours used for young couples.
There will also be “sweet” colours for women who love a young, fashionable style, he said.
“We believe a condominium is now not just a residence, but also an accessory for the young generation to present what they do and what they will be. As a result, they like the design of their condominium to have a fashionable theme to match their lifestyle and character. Fashion now is not only for accessories, but also for your life,” Yingpong added.
