Sansiri launches dCondo Sign in Chiang Mai

After the initial success in launching condominium projects in Chiang Mai, Sansiri is introducing its latest condominium project - dCondo Sign - under the modern cultural resort theme, worth Bt1.5 billion.
The project will have only 813 units on 11 rai located close to Central Festival.
The architect has designed it as a modern culture resort with open green space in the courtyard of the eight-storeyed building.
Condominium units will have 30 square metres and 60sqm space, with prices starting at Bt1.45 million per unit for one-bedroom type. The residential designs aim to serve both the young generation and families with one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
The project is ready for presale with construction set to begin at the end of this year, and slated for completion in the middle of 2015.
