The overall project, which has a “sweet touch of modern living” concept, is designed in English garden style with a green park, and comprises units with usable space of between 101 and 130 square metres.
The town-homes also have more functions to serve the modern lifestyle, and the project is located close to the new Blue Line mass-transit route.
Latest AP Pleno opens for presales
AP (Thailand) is introducing the Pleno Pinklao-Wongwan town-home project, with prices starting from Bt1.89 million per unit.
The project comprises 222 units on 22 rai (3.5 hectares) of land, and the modern town-homes come in a choice of two types.
The Forista units have 100 square metres of usable space on 78 square metres of land, and combine three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one parking space, while the Country Chic homes – which have 130 square metres of usable space on an 82.5-square-metre plot – comprise three bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking space for two cars.
The project opens for presales this weekend.
Mixed project from Golden Land
Golden Land Residence has introduced the Golden Avenue Chaengwattan-Tiwanon, a detached housing and town-home project.
The detached units come in two designs, with usable of space 120 or 163 square metres – both on 50 square wah of land.
The town-homes also come in two types, with three or four bedrooms.
The project will start to take bookings this weekend.
Bt3.79m town-homes from Gusto
Gusto Village, a subsidiary of Quality Houses, has introduced the Gusto Grand Ramkhamhaeng, a town-home project with prices starting from Bt3.79 million per unit.
Each town-home has at least 175 square metres of usable space on three storeys, comprising five bedrooms, five bathrooms and parking space for two cars.
The project is already open for bookings.
