Plum Condo close to Bangkok University Rangsit
Pruksa Real Estate has introduced the Plum Condo Park Rangsit condominium project, with units costing from Bt699,000 apiece.
The project, which is located close to Bangkok University, comprises four 8-storey buildings housing a total of 1,044 units on 9 rai (1.44 hectares) of land.
There are two sizes of condominium: a one-bedroom type with between 21.5 and 26 square metres of usable space, and a two-bedroom type with 43-52 square metres of space.
M Jatujak condominium from Major Development
Major Development has introduced its latest condominium, the Bt4-billion M Jatujak.
The project, which is located close to Chatuchak weekend market, is a high-rise condominium with two buildings, one of 32 storeys and the other reaching 34 floors into the sky. There will be 864 units in total, on a 4-rai plot.
The project comprises a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with usable space of between 28 and 118 square metres.
Prices start from Bt3.5 million for the one-bedroom units.
High-rise Rattanathibet condo from AJ Property
AJ Property Development has introduced the Skyline Rattanathibet condominium, with prices starting from Bt1.87 million per unit.
The single-tower project is located on Rattanathibet Road, close to the extended Purple Line’s Nonthaburi 1 station. The 38-storey buildaing will comprise 810 units on 3 rai of land.
The one- and two-bedrooms types will have between 25.65 and 59.37 square metres of usable space.
Three-storey townhouses on Kaset-Nawamin
Real Asset Development has introduced its latest townhouse project, the Plex Residence Nawamin 111, with prices starting from Bt6 million per unit.
Each of the 93 three-storey units will be built on a plot of between 22 and 40.7 square wah (88-162.8 square metres). The townhouses will have usable space of 190 square metres.
The 9-rai project is located on Kaset-Nawamin Road.
