Pruksa Real Estate introduces its latest condominium project, Plum Condo Samakkhi, with a starting price of Bt790,000 per unit.
Project is located on eight rai, designed as an eight-storey structure combining four buildings and 899 units.
The project has already opened for booking.

Land and Houses is offering single detached houses at Chaiyapruk Phutthanonthon Soi 5, for between Bt4 million and Bt6 million per unit. Project designs are listed as ‘Smart and Home Automation’ residences with of between 136 square metres and 164 square metres on 66 square wah per unit.
The project totals 332 units on 50 square wah.

Apollo Asset Co Ltd introduces its latest condominium, Voque Place Condominium Sukhumvit 107, with a starting price of Bt2 million per unit.
The project plans for an eight-storey building of 168 units on the land of 1.2 rai. The condominium designs include one bedroom with user space of 33 square metres and 40.5 square metres, and two bedrooms of 47.5 square metres and 48 square metres.
