Nonthaburi town-homes from Thanasiri

Thanasiri has introduced its latest town-home project - the Bt390-million Thana Sio Ratanathibeth - in Nonthaburi province, with prices starting from Bt2.39 million per unit.
Each of the two-storey homes combines four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with overall usable space of between 112 and 136 square metres.
The project has 157 units on an overall plot of 15 rai (2.4 hectares).
Supalai launches latest detached housing
Supalai has introduced the Bt500-million Supalai Ville Pinklow Ring Road-Nakorn detached-housing project in Nonthaburi province, with prices starting at Bt2.99 million per unit.
The project has 155 units on 25 rai of land.
The houses, which are designed under an energy-saving concept, comprise three bedrooms and three bathrooms on plots of between 35.4 and 54.5 square wah (141.6 and 218 square metres).
Bang Na housing from Areeya Property
Areeya Property has introduced its latest detached-housing project, the Areeya Como Bangna, at a starting price of Bt3.99 million per unit.
Each of the houses has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and 161 square metres of usable space.
The landscape has a green design concept, including an exclusive park, clubhouse, fitness centre and large swimming pool.
Real by Noble condo on Chaeng Wattana
Noble Development has introduced the Bt2-billion Real by Noble condominium on Chaeng Wattana Road in Bangkok, with prices starting at Bt1.8 million per unit.
The 34-storey building comprises 858 units of two types: one- and two-bedroom condos with 25 and 62 square metres of usable space, respectively.
The project will open for bookings on November 2. Construction will commence next year, with completion targeted for 2017.
