The latest design from Land & Houses, the Majestica Collection, is presented at its single detached house project, Ladawan Ratchapruk-Pinklow, at price ranges between Bt45 million and Bt150 million per unit.
The Majestica Collection has three design types – Prospero, Praisera, and Premus – on land between 150 square wahs and 450 square wahs with using space of between 420 and 845 square metres.
The project has only 22 units that are open to booking now.
First condos from Richest Union
Richest Union’s first condominium project, D’Rouvre Condominium, is worth Bt300 million at a starting price of Bt4.7 million per unit.
The project has 42 units and combines one bedroom, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms with using space of between 48 square metres and 86 sqm per unit.
The project will start construction on April, 2015 and be completed on October, 2016.
Special promotion from Pruksa Real Estate
Pruksa Real Estate is launching a special promotion, for homebuyers seeking to buy single detached houses and townhouses under the brands, V2, Pruksa Town, and Natura.
The campaign, called Happy Time, is open from November 10 till December 31.
It offers a discount price of up to Bt1 million – depending on the residential price.
Home-office and townhomes from SC Asset
SC Asset Corporation unveils its latest home-offices and townhomes, the Workplace Ratchapruk-Charan, at prices between Bt4.99 million and Bt12 million per unit.
The project offers designs for four-storey home offices with using space of 272 square metres, and three-storey townhomes with 162 square metres of using space.
The project is open to booking now.
