3-storey townhomes from Pruksa
Pruksa Real Estate introduces its latest three-storey townhomes in the Connect Up 3 Lad Phrao, with units starting at Bt3.9 million.
The townhomes come with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and have 160 square metres of useable space on land of between 19.9 square wah and 44.7 square wah. The project has a total of 194 units and is ready for booking.
Magnolia Quality launches condo project
Magnolia Quality Development Corporation introduces its latest condominium project, Whizdom Avenue Ratchada-Ladprao, with units starting at Bt3.65 million.
The condo is 27-storeys high and offers units in a variety of sizes, from 27sqm studios and 30-38sqm one-bedroom units to two-bedroom residences of 47-56sqm and duplexes of 76-77sqm. It also has 105-129sqm penthouses.
Construction will be completed by 2017.
Luxury project in Pinklao
SC Asset Corporation introduces Granada Pinklao-Petchakasem, its latest luxury single-detached house project worth Bt2.15 billion. Units go for between Bt50 million and Bt140 million.
The project has a total of 36 units on 36 rai of land. Bookings can be done in the first half of this year.
New Ananda development on Silom
Ananda Development is launching Ashton Chula-Silom, its newest condominium project worth Bt8.26 billion with units at starting price of Bt5.9 million.
The project has a total of 1,180 units, which have a combined useable space of between 24.5sqm and 65sqm per unit.
The project is up for bookings in the first quarter of this year.
