Land & Houses is introducing the Room Charoen Krung 30 condominium, with units starting at Bt9 million.

The project has a total of 211 units that come in two sizes, 54-square-metre one-bedroom units and 77sqm two-bedroom ones. The project follows modern luxury aesthetics and will be completed by December 2017.

Italy’s Lake Como brought to Khao Yai

Property Perfect is introducing luxury villas under the brand Bella Del Monte Kho Yai worth Bt2.67 billion, with units going for between Bt18 million and Bt 55 million.

The project will have a total of 84 luxury villas as well as a 60-room luxury boutique hotel nearby.

The project is inspired by Lake Como in Italy.

New offering from Kitha Property

Kitha Property introduces Than Living Rama 9-Airport Link, its latest modern contemporary condominium worth Bt1.7 billion with units starting at Bt2.19 million.

The 32-storey building has 530 units that come in two sizes: 24sqm and 123sqm. Construction will begin this year and be completed by March 2018.

Pruksa townhomes in Chiang Mai

Pruksa Real Estate is launching its latest townhouse in Chiang Mai province, Pruksa Ville Ratchapreuk-Maehia, with units starting at Bt1.99 million.

The townhouses are designed following the “Lanna” theme with useable space ranging between 95sqm and 133sqm per unit.

The project is close to the Chiang Mai Airport and is open for booking.
