AP (Thailand) introduces its latest condominium project, Aspire Erawan, in Samut Prakan’s Bang Phli district, with units starting at Bt1.2 million.
The 31-storey building has 1,576 units including studio, one and two bedrooms with useable space of between 25 and 46 square metres per unit.
The project will open for presale in June and be completed by 2017.

JW Real Estate targets 2017 for latest project
 

JW Real Estate’s eight-storey condominium building, JW Condo@Donmuang, has units starting at Bt1.2 million.
The project totals 673 units including studio, and one bedroom, with useable space of between 24.10 and 35.20 square metres per unit. The project has parking for 300 cars. It will be finished in 2017 and is already open to booking.

Prices for the latest three-storey townhome project, the Metro Rattanathibet, on Rattanathibet road, Nonthaburi province starts at Bt4.39 million per unit.
Townhome designs are modern contemporary with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and useable space of 148 square metres per unit.
The project is open for bookings.
 

Sansiri’s 353 units close to Pattaya beach
 

Sansiri introduces a ready-to-occupy condominium, Baan Plai Haad Pattaya, located near Wong Amart beach – with units starting at Bt5 million each.
The Bt2.3-billion project has two buildings, one 31-storeys and the other 7-storeys high.
Its 353 units include one, two and three bedrooms with using space of between 40 and 154 square metres per unit.
