Entitled “Life’s So Good”, the launching is directed at customers interested in its two residential projects, Supalai City Resort Rayong and Supalai Park View Rayong, on June 20-21.

Homebuyers who decide to buy in both projects will receive a free gold necklace.

Supalai City Resort Rayong is a condominium project with a starting price of Bt1.3 million per unit, while Supalai Park View Rayong offers single detached houses starting at Bt3.99 million per unit.

Quality Houses’ single detached house and townhouse

Casa Presto Rama 5-Ratchapruk has a starting price of Bt6 million and the Trust Townhome Ratchapruk-Rattathibeth is priced at Bt2.09 million.

The company also plans to launch a special promotion campaign, “The Future is Here”, for its 21 residential projects on Ratchapruk Road. It is offering a discount price of up to Bt2 million per unit, depending on the residential price. The campaign starts this month and is intended to boost sales in the second quarter of this year.

Pruksa Real Estate’s latest condominium

The project, Tree Elegance Tiwanond, has a starting price of Bt1.39 million per unit.

The project is a 42-storey building combining studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedrooms, with using space between 22 and 48.5 square metres per unit.

Sena Development opens for booking

This latest single detached house project, Sena Ville Ramindra, has a starting price of Bt3.9 million per unit.

The project has only 28 units in modern style on land between 52 and 113 square wahs. Using space is between 162 and 180 square metres per unit.
