Lalin Property assistant managing director Churat Chakarakul said the developer was targeting sales of between Bt200 million and Bt300 million from its 28th-anniversary campaign.

The company launched five projects in the first half, he said.
Noble Development chief executive officer Kitti Thanakitamnuay said the company targeted sales worth Bt500 million from its “Noble D Day” event, which kicked off yesterday.
“We have launched this campaign to boost sales in the third quarter,” he added.
Kitti acknowledged, however, that the company would be booking lower revenue this year because most of its backlog worth Bt19 billion would be booked as revenue from 2016 to 2018.
Last year, the developer generated revenue of Bt2.35 billion and a net profit of Bt163.25 million.
It posted revenue of Bt85.74 million and a net loss of Bt104.18 million in the first quarter of this year.
