The four-star hotel is slated to open late next year.

Peter Henley, CEO of ONYX, said at the signing ceremony, "Vietnam is one of the region’s fastest growing travel destinations and we are excited to have OZO Hoi An as part of our continuing expansion plans.

Trinh Thanh Huy, chairman, HB Group, said: "We believe Hoi An is the most attractive spot for tourism in Vietnam. The new hotel is the first component of the whole new development."
