Elysian Development Co has introduced a new condominium project, Swan Lake Residences Khao Yai, in Nakhon Ratchasima province with project value of Bt3 billion and prices starting at Bt11.4 million per unit.
The low-rise project has 59 units. Two-bedroom units have usable space of 90-145 square metres, three-bedrooms are between 157 and 167 square metres, the four-bedrooms have 247sqm of usable space, and the penthouse has 358sqm.

The project has 381 units on 38 rai (6 hectares) of land. The two-storey townhouses are available in three types: four bedrooms with three bathrooms with usable space of 131 square metres, four bedrooms and two bathrooms with 101sqm, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms with 96sqm.
The project will hold a grand opening for bookings on Sunday and Monday.

D-Land Group’s detached-housing project The Proud Rama II-Pan Thai in Samut Prakan is worth Bt550 million and offers a starting price of Bt4.29 million per unit.
