This subsidiary of Quality Houses, introduces its latest single detached house, Casa Premium On Nut-Ring Road, at a price range between Bt6.29 million and Bt8 million.
The single detached house, designed with a modern resort theme, combines user space between 144 square metres and 167 square metres per unit. On offer are three bedroom and four bedroom types on land between 52 and 67 square wahs per unit.
The project has a total of 139 units and is already taking bookings.

eight-storey condo project
Alternative Asset introduces this Bt510 million project, starting at Bt4.3 million per unit.
Altitude Samyan-Silom has 97 units. There are two types - one bedroom with 29.30-37 square metres, priced at Bt4.3 million - and two bedrooms with 41.38-50 square metres and priced at Bt6 million. There is parking space for 43 cars and bicycles.
The project will start building in the second half of this year for 2017 completion.

Pruksa Real Estate’s latest 804 units
Plum Condo Changwattana Station is an eight-storey condominium project, starting at Bt990,000 per unit.
The project’s 804 units included one bedroom with using space between 22.5 and 26 square metres per unit, and combine units with using space of 45 square metres.
Construction starts in the second half of this year and aims for completion in 2017.
 
NC Housing’s single detached house project
The 128-unit Baan Pha Greenery Pakkred-Ratchapruk, has a starting price of Bt4.4 million. Its single detached house designs are of modern style and combine using space between 135 and 180 square metres per unit. The project is ready for booking.
