Property Perfect’s latest townhouse project, Modi Villa Rangsit, designed under a “Windmill Town” concept, is asking prices starting at Bt2.19 million per unit.
The townhouses have usable space of 112 to 139 square metres, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The project is open to booking.
QH project includes four-bedroom units
Quality Houses’ townhouse project Gusto Ratchapruek-Rama 5 has prices starting at Bt2 million.
The project has 350 units with usable space of 110 to 130 square metres. Some have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and some feature four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The project is accepting bookings, and construction is to begin in October.

Pruksa Real Estate is accepting bookings for The Connect Rattanathibet-Ratchapruek townhouse project, at a starting price of Bt2.88 million.
Usable space ranges from 96.5 to 113.5 square metres, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Sena’s Sukhumvit condos start at Bt990,000
Sena Development has announced a condominium project, The Kith Plus Sukhumvit 113, with prices starting at Bt990,000 per unit.
The two eight-storey buildings will have a total of 425 one-bedroom condo units with usable space of 28 square metres when the project is complete next year.
