Latest project near Bang Pai station
The City Bang Yai – a project with single detached houses designed by Modern Art Deco – offers units at the starting price of Bt4.99 million per unit.
The project, close to the Purple Line’s Klong Bang Pai station, has 133 units sized 169.61 square metres and 185.92sqm.
Customers can book units on October 29-30.
A Plus condos aim for 2018 completion
A Plus Inspire Rattanathibet 11 offers 20 square metre units at Bt990,000 each.
The project’s 70 units combine studio type with space between 20 and 21 square metres per unit and one bedroom with space from 25 to 28 square metres per unit.
The project is under construction and is aimed for completion by March 2018.
Grand opening for |Golden Land units
Golden Land Property Development has unveiled a single detached house project, Golden Village On Nut-Pattanakarn, with units starting at Bt4 million.
The project offers units sized 135sqm and 191sqm, in three bedroom, three bathrooms and four bedrooms and four bathrooms type.
The project’s grand opening is on September 10-11.
Chewathai apartments start at Bt1.89 million
Chewathai Phetkasem 27 offers units starting at Bt1.89 million.
The 26-storey building has 638 units, ranging from studio, one bedroom to two-bedroom types with useable space of 23 to 55sqm.
Construction is underway with completion aimed for the third quarter of 2018.
