This latest project featuring single-detached houses is valued at Bt440 million, with the price of units starting at Bt5.79 million.
The project has 56 units designed in four types combining three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each unit has useable space of between 145 and 272 square metres per unit. The project is located close to the Purple Line’s Tiwanond station.
Six new condos from Ananda
Ananda Development plans to launch six new condominium projects worth a total of Bt16 billion – three of them worth Bt12 billion –in a joint venture with Japan’s Mitsui Fudosan.
The projects are:
l 36-storey IDEO MOBI Asoke with 507 units and valued at Bt3.24 billion. Units start at Bt4.19 million;
l 38-storey IDEO Sukhumvit 93 with 1,332 units and valued at Bt6.07 billion. Units start at Bt2.49 million;
l 28-storey IDEO MOBI Sukhumvit 66 with 298 units and valued at Bt2.28 billion. Units start at Bt5.19 million;
l 37-storey IDEO Phaholyothin Chatuchak with 400 units and valued at Bt2.51 billion. Units start at Bt3.59 million;
l 8-storey VENIO Sukhumvit 10 with 162 units and valued at Bt875 million. Units start at Bt3.49 million; and
l 8-storey UNIO NIDA – Seri Thai with 703 units at the starting price of Bt950,000.
LPN Development offers 1,544 units
Their latest condominium project, Lumpini View Nakornin-Riverview, is valued at Bt2.08 billion with units starting at Bt1.15 million.
The 26-storey building has 1,544 ready-to-move-in units, with useable space of between 22.5 and 56 square metres.
This project is also located near the Purple Line Tiwanond station.
Townhomes from AP Thailand
The three-storey townhome project, Baan Klang Muang Classe Ekkamai-Ramintra, has been valued at Bt2.56 billion with units starting at Bt25 million.
The units feature five bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two living rooms and parking space for three cars.
The project comprises 56 units, each with a functional space of 346 to 454 square metres. Pre-sales is scheduled for November 5-6 at the project’s sales gallery.
