They come under two brands. The first two are named Metro Sky, on Wutthakard, Charansanitwong 13, and the third project is Metro Luxe at Phahonyothin.
The 32-storey Metro Sky Wutthakard presents a total of 324 units worth Bt2.16 billion and comes with a starting price of Bt2.4 million per unit.
The 39-storey Metro Sky Charansanitwong 13 has 673 units worth Bt2.64 billion, with a starting price of Bt2.45 million per unit.
The eight storey Metro Luxe Phahonyothin has 317 units worth Bt1.08 billion. Offered starting price is Bt2.45 million per unit.
In total the projects are valued at Bt5.88 billion. They are open to booking at ‘Perfect Station Point’ in the Fashion Hall, Siam Paragon, from now till October 16.
 
Pruksa Real Estate launches Chapter One Eco
The Ratchada-Huaikwang project is worth Bt5.3 billion with unit starting prices at Bt1.99 million.
Project comprises 1,914 units in total, 1,907 of which are residential areas; 7 units are shops for rent. The project offers both studio room type units, with utility space of 22.57 – 23.65 square metres and one bedroom type with utility space of 29.27 – 36.53 square metres.
The pre-sales period starts October 29 at Chapter One Eco Ratchada-Huaikwang sales office.
 
Nirvana Development’s latest home-office
@Work on Ramindra road is valued at Bt1 billion, with a starting price of Bt14.2 million for its units.
The four-and-a-half storey building was designed under the theme Loft and has a total of 61 units. They combine using space of between 363 and 452 square metres per unit on land between 25.5 square wahs and 53.5 square wahs per unit.
The project opened to booking on October 15-16.
 
A List Development’s six units of luxury, Villazzo 10
Prices for this four-storey single detached house project, on Ekamai Soi 10, range between Bt45 million and Bt70 million per unit.
The single house designs provide using space of between 600 and 780 square metres per unit. The project has only six units with an emphasis on luxury.
Construction work has begun and will be finished in the third quarter of 2017.
