The Plant Theparak is the name of Pruksa’s latest in single detached houses with a starting price of Bt3.2 million per unit.
The project on Theparak Road is also close to Bangna-Trad and Srinakarin roads. 
Single detached house designs include using space of between 121 and 167 square metres per unit. They offer three bedrooms and between two and three bathrooms.
The project opens to exclusive booking on October 29-30.
 
D-Land Group’s latest twinhouse
Tawilla, at Baan D Bangtorad, lists a starting price of Bt2.5 million per unit.
The Tawilla form of semi-detached house includes using space of 123.5 square metres and combine three bedrooms and three bathrooms on 41.2 square wah.
Booking for this project opens on November 6, 2016.
 
Siamese Asset joins with Sekisui Chemical
They are developing the Siamese Heime project with both single detached houses and townhouses. Prices start atBt5 million per unit. The project has 107 units on 26 rai.

VSK Estate introduces Nice Ramindra
This latest two-storey townhome project comes with a starting price of Bt1.89 million per unit.
The townhome designs include using space of 140 square metres per unit on 20 square wah land. Each unit
has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The project of 237 units also has a clubhouse, park, and playground.
It is already open for booking.
