Expo aims to revitalise home construction industry

The Home Builder Association and its 30 members will hold a Home Builder & Materials Expo 2017 from August 17-20 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, aiming to stimulate demand in the second half of this year and next year.
Association president Pichit Arunepunlop says that the homebuilding business has been impacted by the declining economy in the first half of this year, resulting in the industry flatlining.
Earlier this year the Association had forecast that the home building business would expand between five and 10 per cent this year.
