Sena to launch projects worth Bt4.86 bn

Sena Development Plc plans to launch three residential projects worth Bt4.86 billion before the end of the year to help boost its presales to Bt4.6 billion and revenue to Bt4.5 billion for the full year, up 20 per cent from last year.
The company’s director, Kessara Thanyalakpark, said at a press conference yesterday that the company’s board of director also approved an interim dividend of Bt0.05455 per share, despite the company’s financial results for the first half of the year having come in lower than for the same period of last year.
