Managing director Anukul Ratpitaksanti noted this week that major developers have snatched up land there to build condominiums, hiking average sale prices to Bt150,000 per square metre.
Resale prices have increased 20-40 per cent in the last five years due to the area’s high potential, Anukul said.
The rental market has benefited as well, with a 5-per-cent average rate of return and high demand for one-bedroom units.
