The Khao Tao-Khao Takiep locale is currently the most popular among buyers, due to it being on the seaside, the local way of life, and its close proximity to the city area. This has resulted in a yearly increase in land prices of 10-15 per cent.
Condominiums in this area have seen their prices grow by 41 per cent over the past 5 years with rental yield stands at 4-5 per cent per year, the company’s managing director Anukul Ratpitaksanti said.
