CBRE appointed sole leasing agent for Sunny
CBRE Thailand has been appointed by Bhiraj Buri Group as the sole leasing agent for Sunny at Summer Lasalle, a new two-storey shopping centre located on Sukhumvit 105 (Lasalle), about five minutes from Bearing BTS Station.
The project has a total lettable area of approximately 3,600 square metres and is expected to be completed in this year’s fourth quarter.
