The Constitutional Court on Thursday voted to invalidate an executive decree that postponed the enforcement of four key articles in the law against torture and forced disappearances.

The Cabinet on Tuesday (June 23) gave the go-ahead to a draft law on the prevention and suppression of torture and forced disappearances, deputy government spokesperson Rachada Thanadirek said.
