Two Japanese medical device manufacturers have developed syringes that can draw seven doses from a single bottle of the novel coronavirus vaccine made by U.S. pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc., more than the previously estimated number of five or six doses.

Numerous syringes and lab tubes containing human blood found near a beach in Chong Samae San subdistrict, Chonburi province, on Sunday, which caused panic among local people and tourists, likely belonged to illegal beauty clinics, the province’s public health doctor said.
