Numerous syringes and lab tubes containing human blood found near a beach in Chong Samae San subdistrict, Chonburi province, on Sunday, which caused panic among local people and tourists, likely belonged to illegal beauty clinics, the province’s public health doctor said.

The discarded medical equipment were found by Sompak Panjalak, one of the locals. He saw them on the beach in front of his house on Sunday afternoon, and decided to inform officials due to concerns about the new coronavirus.
