Luxury you can taste
The Nai Harn, a luxury resort overlooking a pristine beach in Phuket, is once again enhancing its reputation as one of the island’s top wining and dining destinations. All this month well-known barman Salim Khuory is whipping up creative libations behind the bar while chef George Panagiotidis brings a taste of Greece to the table with specially prepared offerings for the resort’s daily breakfast and the newly launched weekend barbecue. In March, the resort will turn up the flare another notch when it welcomes Will Holland, the celebrated British chef and founder of Coast Saundersfoot restaurant on the shores of Pembrokeshire. The renovation provides the ultimate in aesthetic and eco-friendly serenity, with plenty of extra space in the bathroom and dressing room areas. “We listened carefully to our guest feedback and included this in the design brief, so we are delighted that guest response to the improvements has been overwhelmingly positive and enthusiastic,” says Sheila McCann, the resort’s general manager.
