Four big banks announce service suspensions for maintenance

Siam Commercial Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Tisco Bank and Bangkok Bank have announced that some online or mobile banking services will be suspended for maintenance for an hour or more on a few days of this month.

Siam Commercial Bank said its Mae Manee application will be suspended during certain hours on March 10, 11, 24 and 25 for maintenance. Users will not be able to open the app or use it to receive payment.

The app will be suspended during the following hours on the days:

- Friday, March 10 from 11pm to midnight

-Saturday, March 11 from 0.00am to 4am

- Friday, March 24 from 11pm to midnight

- Saturday, March 25 from 0.00am to 2am

Krung Thai Bank said its Krungthai NEXT application will be suspended for maintenance from 1 am to 5 am on Friday, March 10.

Tisco Bank said its online and mobile banking services would be suspended for maintenance and improvements as follows:

- March 11 from 0.00am to 3.30am

Tico Bank ATMs cannot be used.

- March 11 from 2am to 2.30am

Tisco My Wealth and Promptpay Interbank services cannot be used.

- March 17 from 11pm to 5am of March 18

ATMs, Tisco My Wealth and Tisco Promptpay cannot be used.

March 18 from 4am to 5am

ATMs, Tisco My Wealth, Tisco Promptpay and core deposit system cannot be used.

- March 19 from 1.30 am to 6.30am

Bangkok Bank announced that several of its online and mobile banking services will be unavailable on March 18 from 2am to 7am.

It said mobile banking BeMerchant service and BeMerchant NextGen services will be suspended from 2am to 7am.

Services that will be suspended from 2am to 5am include Bualuang iBanking, Biz iBanking, Corporate iCash, Bualuang ATMs, cash depositing machines, Bualuang Phone, branch services, money transfer, deposits, goods and services payments from other banks, e-Wallet and QR payments, and debit cards.
