Bangkok topped 20 of the most-visited cities based on the number of international tourists and spending on both goods and services.
Bangkok received a total of 22.78 million tourists, surpassing Paris. Among the attractions drawing international tourists to Bangkok were adventurous travels in tuk-tuk, exploring the city without using maps, and offering a unique charm for foreign tourists.
In addition, Bangkok has several large malls for tourists to shop, modern areas suitable for the new generation, temples perfect for cultural tourism enthusiasts, and pedestrian streets full of delicious eateries.
