Get ready for the “Bangkok Airways Samui Half Marathon"
Samui locals and running enthusiasts, get set for an exhilarating experience! Gear up to join 'Denkhun Ngamnet' and put your speed to the test at the 'Bangkok Airways Samui Half Marathon 2024' on June 23, 2024 at Phru Chaweng, Koh Samui.
Bangkok Airways pcl invites running enthusiasts to partake in promoting sports tourism through the running event, the ‘Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2024.’ The series kicks off with the inaugural ‘Bangkok Airways Samui Half Marathon.
The event will showcase TV personality heartthrob ‘Denkhun Ngamnet hitting the tracks at Phru Chaweng Public Park, Koh Samui, Surat Thani, on June 23, 2024.
Participants can choose from three categories: the 21-kilometre Half Marathon, the 10-kilometre Mini Marathon, and the 5-kilometre Fun Run.
Moreover, young runners can look forward to exciting surprises with the debut of the ‘Kids Series Race’ for children under 10 years old, covering an 800-metre route packed with fun activities along the way.
Participants will receive a ‘Race Kit package’ comprising a sleek running shirt designed by ASAVA, a prominent Thai fashion brand, crafted using fabric technology from recycled plastic fibres sourced from PET bottles, contributing towards reducing plastic waste. The package includes a runner’s BIB number, medals, and post-race refreshments.
Furthermore, Half Marathon finishers will receive a special Finisher T-shirt design upon crossing the finish line within the cutoff time.
