Shareholders to meet on Oct 18

PTT Chemical Plc and PTT Aromatics and Refining Plc call for the joint shareholder meeting on October 18 at Bangkok Convention Centre, Central Plaza Latprao.
On the day, they will be asked to vote for the companies' business amalgamation plan and business direction of the newly merged company.
Registration for the meeting will be closed on Sept 27.
The merger will create Asia's fourth largest petrochemical company.
